I AM ON FLIGHT 2222 AND on the runway heading back to the terminal. Can I take another flight since we'be missed our connections and Tucson is our origination?

I have booked Southwest in the past with no problem...today I tried (several times) and received a "oops! - and something about the wrong session state?

I did book the flights going into your Email, but could not get them on www.southwest airlines.com???

I would like to know what Jay Leno's problem is with southwest Airlines. He makes fun of them all the time. My daughter and I can't afford to fly often (Buffalo NY to Little Rock Ar.) but we always choose Southwest for the low fares no bag charge and extremelt courteous service. I use a wheel chair and I couldn't ask for better service than I get from Southwest. When we are able to afford to go see my son and Great Granddaughter (she is 2) We will definitely fly Southwest. southwest is by far the worst airline out there. The new boarding system is an absolute waste of time and energy. No one pays attention to their number and families with small children have to board after all the a's, so they have to pray that they get a A boarding pass. Every flight leaving las vegas is ALWAYS delayed or better yet Canceled.....great airline, i was leaving burbank 2 weeks ago and my 7:05 flight was just canceled, within 20 minutes of me checking the status...their response, not enough people on the flight....thanks for the heads up south west..i mean south worst...you suck!

The new boarding procedure was abused by pushy people on both legs of my latest flight. Early birds lined up in the 31 to 60 lane with no. 57 and were allowed to board 34 and 35. The boarding agent should have stopped and put them in

their proper place. Is it my place to police them?

The most aggravating, waste of time procedure for attempting to print boarding pass 24 hours prior to flight...... just to find out I was not one of the "randomly selected" customers privy to aforementioned "service". Bye Bye Southwest!

i would like to thank southwest airelines for best customer service that i ever had from anairline i forgot her name but she took care of me i told her that the weather was bad in cincinnati ohio and i could not make my friday morning flight she put me on hold and told me that we booked you on saterday moring flight so i could make my cruise with my friends employee of the month she has my vote smile once again i thank southwest for all your help an understanding jerome hudson

I have a credit which is supposed to be good until May 8,2008. I am trying to book a flight from Norfolk, VA to Dallas, TX due to a death in the family. There do not seem to be any flights listed for next week. Do we have to drive 3 hours to Raleigh to be able to use our credit???

I travel about 4 times a year and I use your airlines when I can. I appreciate the way you do things for the most part . On my last trip from LAX via Las vegas became somewhat testy because of 3 drunks behind us .

I especially enjoy Colleen Barrett's artiicles and it was refreshing to see her article translated into Spanish. It would be nice to see a poetry corner in your magazine as well.

No way to give feedback directly on southwest.com website. No wonder they are loosing touch with their customers. I saw Herb working with employees and talking with customers at Love about a dozen times. He even fly on three of my flights so he could talk with customers and serve drinks/nuts.

i'm so very disappointed about the way customers are being treated now. The latest issue with the two young ladies was the last thing I would expect from Southwest.

BYE-BYE SOUTHWEST AIRLINES...I'M NOW FREE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER AIRLINE!

JUST A HEADS UP FOLKS.. YOU STILL ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD, HOWEVER 6 OF THE LAST 8 FLIGHTS THAT I OR A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN ON WAS DELAYED OR LATE. THE LATEST WAS THIS PAST SUNDAY OUT OF HOUSTON, I WAS OVER 4 HOURS LATE ARRIVING ORLANDO. THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO CONTROL BIRD STRIKES OR WEATHER BUT, WE NEED TO BE ADVISED IMMEDIATELY AS TO THE PROBLEM AND THE EXPECTED DELAY TIME, SO WE CAN CONTACT OUR "PICKUP" PEOPLE BEFORE THEY LEAVE HOME OR BUSINESS. JOST PLEAST TRY TO DO A LITTLE BETTER SO I CAN KEEP MY WIFE OFF OF JET BLUE.

ALSO THANKS TO THE FLIGHT CREW, COCKKPIT AND CABIN THAT JOKED AROUND FROM SAN ANTONIO INTO HOUSTON. THAT ATTITUDE IS WHAT MADE S.W. SUCH A PLEASURE TO FLY MANY YEARS AGO. BRING BACK THE RUBBER CHICKENS.

I flew into Buffalo int.Airport in August and my bags where not there, but hadbeen sent on to New Hampshire ,The young an that took careof me a baggage claim was with out a doubt one of the niciest and took excellent care of me he found my bags and called me the minute they arrived in Buffalo . And ask meif i wanted them dropped off or i f i would like to pick them up.He was fantastic his name was Nathan and i he gets a Gold star in my book for being so excellent in customer service .. Thanks South west for going above and beyond for your customers ,it keeps me comming back .thanks Agian Kris Rizzo

every time i go to vegas i fly southwest airlines. i type that in and click on reservations and book. this time it is so different. i hate it. i can"t find a decent price. it"s all these other airlines not southwest. sorry
