What I liked about Expedia.com:
- The site is very clean and consistent
- It's really easy to find flights, hotels, cruises and sort your results
- The hotel option allows you to search for hotels near landmarks like on hotels.com
- It's really easy to change your preferences in a widget in the left tool bar
- There is a consistent top toolbar throughout all of the pages, so you can easily get around the site

What I didn't like about the site: The site is clean, not a lot to critique.

Recommendation and Rating
Recommendation: I would recommend searching for flight on expedia.com. It's always a good idea to search other travel sites like orbitz.com, travelocity.com, hotels.com, priceline.com, cheaptickets.com and southwest.com.

Expedia is absolutely impossible to deal with in case of airline problems such as the volcanic disruptions. Although British Airlines asks customers to cancel non-essential flights to get a refund, Expedia refuses to do so for 2 days and is unable/unwilling to settle matter unless we stay online for extended periods of time

Well I don't think much of Expedia at all,because my friend and I travel together every year and so this year she thought she would go through Expedia and get a good deal on a room. Needless to say she got ripped off BIG time.The motel we stayed in was in Destin,Florida at the Villiage Inn and it was a poor excuse for a motel that I have ever seen,it was dirty there was mold around the bathtub and around the the toilet the carpet was the nastiest I ever sen in my life. Expedia should be ashame of themselves for doing this to their customers and it should be against the law that they are able to take your money and keep it and there is nothing that you can do about it. Now my question is WHY are you allowed to do this and get away with it?People that has does less than that get a years behind bars so what makes you any better than a comman criminal?Well I will NEVER book anything through Expedia and I am telling everyone that I know to stay away from you as well.
I am flying Delta tomorrow, and need to know if there is a charge for carry ons. I will have one bag of medical and one of clothing.

You changed my flight out of Denver on June 16. Do I still leave there at12:25pm and what is the fllight number please?
