www.CaesarsPalace.com Site Review

Harrahs.com is the official mother site of www caesars com and www caesarspalace com. Caesars is often mispelled, www.cesars.com or www.ceasars.com. Neither of these urls will bring you to the correct site. However, if you type in caesars com or caesars palace com you will be redirected to the harrahs com site. There are also Caesars in Atlantic City and Caesars in Indiana.

Like I said above, Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino is owned by Harrahs Entertainment. It is located between the Bellagio and the Mirage. It's theme is obviously the Roman Empire and it's known for the Celine Dion performance (see below for tickets) and the nightclub Pure.

Now for the review:

Unlike the sleek, but annoying, flash design of www.wynnlasvegas.com, harrahs com or caesarspalace com is much less fancy, but more usable. The homepage features the shows and performances at Caesars Hotel and Casino. The most prominent is of course, Celine Dion's "A New Day" show (check out her video to the right.) Upcoming shows are also highlighted on the site. I like this format because when you go to Vegas the shows are a must and everything is there for the taking. Like the other sites, the following services are offered:

• Buy tickets to one of the performances
• Get an overview of the hotel
• Learn more about your gaming options
• Check out your dining options
• Acquire a package deal or hot deal
• Check out things to do: spa and bath, Venus the salon, shopping, golf, nightlife, garden of the gods, and the pool oasis

• Check out their meeting and group facilities
• Get a map and more information
