What I liked about hrblock.com
Here's what I liked about the site hrblock.com
- The online taxes section is great. It's really easy to use and they display six different programs you can use, what each package gives you and the total cost of the package.
- The navigation bar at the top of the page is consistent and simple
- It's easy to find a person to do your taxes for you and contact them.
- There is great tax help. The system asks you specific questions within a category to come to the appropriate answer for you.

I am disapponited my tax bill this year was 232.00 dollars my bill last year was 140.00 a differance of 92.00 dollars and our taxes were just about the same can someone explain wht the hugh increase please
April 2nd, 2010 I was in a H&R Block office in Apopka, Florida 32 E. Main St. I payed $143.00 for this services, it was redone because of a mistake, The charge was $118.00, They had allready process my check, I was told they would sent me a check for $25.00 back, it's been 10 days and nothing. I called the office and was told it was being process in there Kansas City Office and was waitint on it to be approved. I think I'm being put off, my check for $143.00 went through, what's with it taking so long to get back $25.00 from a company that makes millions. Sounds like I'll never get back my $25.00
I AM REPORTING AN ERROR IN YOUR PROGRAM FOR THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY(& MAY ALSO BE FOR OTHER STATES).IN MY FED RETURN I SHOWED LOSS ON SALE OF STOCK(-380)I ALSO REPORTED LOSS OF CAPITAL VALUE(-502)IN A PARTNERSHIP.YOU SHOW A NET GAIN OF 122 IF YOU ADD 2 LOSSES TOGETHER, YOU GET A TOTAL LOSS IN THIS CASE OF -$882, NOT A NET GAIN OF $122
They offer neat classes locally, worth looking into.
There is a flaw in the H & R Block MICHIGAN software i downloaded. There is NO provision made for me to apply my tax year 2009 MI tax oerpaymnet of $300 to the 2010 MI form tax crdit area. Prompts in your software don't cover this. Only way I can do this is print and b y hand..make the subtraction. Am I missing something? I have cheked the prompts a doz times...no luck..Please Help Me...jwc
donot trust h&r block,their pom(peace of mind insurance) that, you but incase you have a problem, especially when it is clearly h&r blocks fault, they blame it on the irs. what a joke h&r block is.we have been with H&Rblock for 39years, not any more, they lie about the peace of mind insurance that one pays good money for....they do not take responsibility for their errors, so you get it shoved to you

I have used H & R Block for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The people are knowlagable and friendly and they make me fill like I can trust them to handle my tax needs,
